I would like to thank the parishioners of Our Lady of Lourdes who gave up their time on Saturday August 9th to stand in the intense heat on Leigh Broadway to collect for the charity HARP and to the number of parishioners who placed money in the collection tins as they walked past. We managed to collect £461.60 for which HARP is extremely grateful and the money will be used wisely to support the homeless in Southend. Many thanks and God Bless you all.
