The committee of Serving the Homeless wish to thank the parishioners who
supported their recent quiz night, which raised £610. This week we have been able to give HARP the funds to purchase an industrial washing machine/dryer for the Bradbury Centre plus five hoovers, one for each of their properties.

Our next fundraising event is a buffet meal at the East Restaurant in Alexandra Street, Southend on Wednesday 25th May at 7.30 pm. Tickets cost £15 and are available from Linda Wall 558217 or Jo Ronan 474062.
