The grouping of our schools into a Deanery based Catholic Multi Academy Trust, marked an important step forward for Catholic education in our Diocese. The formation of Assisi Catholic Trust (ACT) in 2018 has started to deliver the vision Bishop Alan has for education in the Diocese that is a network of collaboration and support for each school which he hopes secures and enables the development of all Catholic schools in the future.

We therefore extend a welcome to Catholic staff and governors of the parish working in non-Catholic schools to join us for Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Thursday 3rd October 2019, 4.15pm arrival for a 4.30pm start, the eve of the Feast Day of our Patron Saint, St Francis of Assisi.
