Brentwood Diocese wishes to appoint a Director of Education to succeed Mgr George Stokes. Based at Cathedral House, the successful candidate will be a practising Catholic with senior level experience in education, and the detailed knowledge of the Church required to be effective. The Director of Education will develop and implement the policy and strategy for providing and safeguarding Catholic schools for the diocese, and provide advice and guidance for the Bishop, Diocesan Trustees, and Headteachers and Governors on all educational matters to ensure the highest standards of education in our Catholic schools.
